For the ninth year in a row, Politics Online and the World eDemocracy Forum will be awarding the Top 10 Who Are Changing the World of Internet and Politics at the World eDemocracy Forum.  The award recognises innovators and pioneers "who bring democracy online".

You can vote for one of the 25 finalists, which include the Victorian Government’s eGovernment Resource Centre (egov.vic.gov.au), TechPresident (techpresident.com), Barack Obama (mybarackobama.com), and the UK PM’s site (number10.gov.uk).
